This website is devoted exclusively to criminal jury instruction practice. The site offers online subscription access to over 7,000 criminal jury instruction issues, practice notes and sample instructions with supportive points and authorities, use notes and commentary.

Our goal is to help criminal defense practitioners find issues, strategies and instructions not included in the standard pattern instructions. In so doing the subscriber may become a more effective advocate and get better results for the client -- from plea bargaining to closing argument -- and on appeal.
